Upon purchase, Black Moon Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices specified by your plan tier:
The license is perpetual for the version purchased. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software.
Black Moon Software is available as a one-time purchase (perpetual license) or a monthly subscription.
Third-party API costs (such as Anthropic API usage) are billed separately by those providers and are your responsibility.
Each purchase includes a unique license key tied to your device(s). You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Sharing license keys with others is prohibited and may result in revocation.
Your license includes updates to the version you purchased. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase at a discounted rate.
The software integrates with third-party services including Telegram Bot API and Anthropic Claude API. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing modifications by third-party services.
You agree to use the software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the products and services you sell through the platform.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Payment verification features are provided as an aid and should not be relied upon as the sole method of fraud detection.
In no event shall Black Moon Software be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
