Extra sign-in code from your phone

Like your bank — after your password, the app asks for a 6-digit code from an app on your phone. If someone steals your password, they still can't get in. Lost your phone? We give you 10 backup codes when you set it up.

Your password is never stored

Even we couldn't look up your password if we wanted to. If someone ever broke into the computer the shop runs on, they'd find scrambled garbage where the password should be — no way to log in with it.

Payment screenshots are locked away

When a customer sends a photo of their bank transfer, the photo is stored scrambled — readable only by your shop. If someone copied the file off your computer, they couldn't open it.

Things people ask before paying.

Do I need Telegram to use it?+
No. Telegram is optional. You can take orders the normal way — ring them up at the counter, or type them in by hand. Lots of shops do set up Telegram because it saves time, but it's not required.
How does the extra sign-in code work?+
Same way as your online banking. After your password, the app asks for a 6-digit code from an app on your phone (Google Authenticator, your password manager, whatever you already use). When you set it up, you also get 10 backup codes to print out and put in a drawer — in case you ever lose your phone.
Is it a real Mac app, or do I open it in a browser?+
A real Mac app. You install it like any other Mac app — drag it to your Applications folder, double-click to open. It sits in your Dock, Spotlight finds it. PC and Windows versions are coming next year.
How does paying work?+
You pay once on this website and we email you the app. Open it on your Mac, type in the code we sent you, and you're running. No recurring charge, no expiry. The app keeps working forever — even if your internet goes out for a month.

Where does my customer list live?+
On your Mac. We don't see it. We don't store it. We don't sell it. The only thing that ever leaves your computer is the one-time payment when you buy the app. After that, your data is yours.
Can my staff use it?+
Yes (on Pro and Studio). Give each person their own login. Three levels: Owner sees everything, Manager can run reports and edit products but can't change ownership, and Cashier can take sales but can't see your overall takings or change prices. Every action is logged so you can see who did what.
Can I change prices and products later?+
Anytime. Edit one product at a time, or change a whole batch from a spreadsheet. Stock counts update the moment you ring up a sale. Delete something by accident? It's in the trash for 30 days — one click to put it back.
No monthly fee, really?+
Really. You pay once. Updates are free for as long as we make them. The only time you'd pay again is if you want to move up a size — say, from one shop to three — and even then, you only pay the difference.
I'm not techy. Can I still use it?+
Yes. The installer does all the setup itself. The first time you open the app, it asks you your shop's name, what currency you take, and where you are. Then it opens up ready to use. If you can use Excel, you can use this.
What if my Mac breaks?+
The app backs everything up every night to a folder you pick. Put that folder in iCloud or Dropbox and you've got a copy off your machine for free. If your Mac dies, install the app on a new one, point at the backup, and you're back in business in about ten minutes.
Can I take my data with me?+
Always. Save your products, customers, sales, or reports as a spreadsheet or PDF whenever you want — one click from the Reports page. If you ever decide to switch to something else, your data is right there waiting for you.
