How to Request a Refund

Email blackmoonhash@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order email or license key. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

Your license key will be revoked and the software will return to the activation screen
You should uninstall the application from your device(s)
Any data stored locally on your machine remains yours

What's Not Refundable

Third-party API costs: Any charges from Anthropic, Telegram, or other services you configured are billed by those providers and are not part of our refund
After 14 days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Plan Upgrades

If you purchased a Starter or Professional plan and want to upgrade, contact us. We'll apply the difference in price to your new plan and issue an upgraded license key.
