Black Moon Software is a desktop application that runs locally on your computer. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we collect.
At purchase: Email address and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details).
At activation: A hashed device identifier is generated locally to bind your license to your device(s). This is a one-way hash and cannot be used to identify your hardware.
During use: We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your business data. All customer conversations, orders, inventory, and payment records remain on your local machine and your own database.
All application data is stored locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption with a machine-specific key. Your data never leaves your computer unless you explicitly configure an external database connection.

Our website at blackmoonsoftware.org does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
You can delete all local application data at any time by removing the app and its data folder. To remove your license record from our server, contact us and we will delete it.
Our software is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
